Terms of Service

By buying a Founding Member membership or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you're dealing with

This site and the membership are operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]("we", "us"). Contact: [support@codeyourcompany.ai].

Owner: confirm legal entity, address, and support contact before publishing.

2. What you're buying

A Founding Member membership to the codeyourcompany.ai community. Today this is a pre-sale: you're securing a founder seat ahead of the community opening (targeted at ~July 21, 2026 — see §6).

The membership gives you the benefits described on the site at the time of purchase, currently:

• The members-only community / forum (when it opens),
• The One-Human Company OS resources,
• Accountability / peer structure,
• Guaranteed priority early access to AgentOS when it ships (see §7).

We may add to, improve, or adjust what's inside the membership over time. We won't materially reduce the core of what you bought without giving members notice.

3. Price, billing & the founder rate

• Price: $39 USD per year.
• This is an annual recurring subscription, billed once per year and processed by Stripe. It is not a one-time payment — it renews automatically each year unless you cancel.
• Founder rate locked for life. As a Founding Member, your price stays $39/year for as long as your membership stays active — we will never raise your rate. The price will rise for later cohorts; that increase does not apply to you.
• If you cancel and later rejoin, the founder rate may no longer be available and the then-current price applies.
• Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Renewals & cancellation

• Your subscription renews automatically each year at the founder rate ($39/year) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime.When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; you are not billed again after that.

• We'll send a renewal reminder before each annual charge where required by law.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first annual payment. Full terms are in our Refund Policy. In short: if it's not for you, email us within 30 days of your first purchase and we'll refund you in full.

6. Founder cohort & opening date

• The founder cohort is limited to 50 seats.Once they're gone, the founder pre-sale closes and remaining visitors can join a waitlist for the next cohort (at a higher price).
• The community is targeted to open around July 21, 2026. This is an honest target, not a guaranteed date — building it well matters more than hitting an exact day. If the date moves, your purchase stays protected by the refund window and the founder rate.

7. AgentOS (phase 2)

AgentOS is a future developer tool — part of where this project is heading, not something that exists or is dated today. The founder charter locks in two things about it:

• You're first in line, guaranteed, when it becomes available, and
• It's free for Founding Membersin the sense that we won't charge you an extra fee for it.

Practical notes that are part of this commitment:

• AgentOS is a developer tool that runs in your own terminal, on your own Claude Code subscription — you hold your own keys and bring your own model access. "Free" means no additional charge from us; it does not include the cost of any third-party developer subscription you choose to use.
• Because it's phase 2 and a vision, we make no promises about specific features, scope, or release dates. Nothing about AgentOS is a condition of your membership, and your membership's value does not depend on it shipping by any particular time.

8. Acceptable use

When the community is live, you agree to participate in good faith: no harassment, spam, illegal content, or scraping/reselling of members-only material. We may suspend or remove access for serious or repeated breaches. We attack bad systems, not people — we expect the same in the room.

9. Your content

Anything you post in the community stays yours. By posting, you give us a license to host and display it inside the community so the service can function. You're responsible for what you post.

10. Disclaimers & liability

• The community provides education, tools, and peer support — not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. Outcomes depend on you.
• The service is provided "as is."To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify members by email. Continuing to use the membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION] — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
