We mean the guarantee on the page. If it's not for you, you get your money back. No dark patterns, no hoops.
1. The guarantee, in one line
30-day, no-questions-asked, full refund on your first annual payment. Email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full $39 — you don't have to explain why.
2. What's covered
- Your first annual Founding Member payment ($39).
- The request must reach us within 30 days of the date of that purchase.
- The refund is for the full amountyou paid (we'll refund applicable taxes where required by law).
3. What's not covered
- Renewals. After your first year, your subscription renews automatically (see the Terms). Renewal payments are not refundable — but you can cancel anytimebefore a renewal to avoid being charged again. We'll send a renewal reminder where required.
- Requests made after the 30-day window on the first payment.
This keeps it simple and honest: the risk-free trial is your first year's entry; from there, you're in control via cancellation.
4. How to request a refund

- Say "refund" — that's genuinely enough; no justification needed.
- We'll confirm and process it.

5. How and when you get it back
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- We aim to process refund requests within [5 business days]; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
- Once refunded, your membership access ends.
6. Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered on top ofany rights you already have by law. For example, EU/EEA/UK consumers may have a separate statutory right of withdrawal — this policy doesn't take that away. If your local consumer law gives you more, that applies.
